Windows 10: Low downloading speed from microsoft sharepointonedrive

All my classes are held on ms team and the teacher later uploads or adds the recording in file section. Now when I am trying to download the recordings, it's taking me to xyz.sharepoints.com/sites/........... and promts me to download. Now when I start the download its extremely slow. Like around 50-60kbps. I thought it would be some problem with my ISP so I switched to mobile data, and the problem still persists. What should be done right now?

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?
• And also all by Jane La in the below: Microsoft Store Very Low Download Speeds

Download speed is low

When I am downloading something from the Microsoft Store, Steam or Epic Store, the speed is too low. My Internet speed is 100 MB, so the downloading speed from the Microsoft Store should be about 10MB. But I get about 4 MB. Why is it happening?

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).
