Windows 10: Low fps in games

I suddenly had low fps in all my games so i tried fixing it and ran into several problemssfc doesnt work i get the error Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service, DISM doesnt work, i have low fps in all my games, i cant do an update because i get the Error 0x800703e6.What i tried:1.checked for disk and ram errors2.Reset Windows components3.Checked Windows installerauto, manual, demand4.checked for malware or virus'5.updated graphics drivers6.checked system temperaturesAll these didnt help me. Any suggestions

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

I suggest you to go into the games settings and check if the FPS is set to low. IF its low then change it into high.
