Windows 10: Low FPS on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

My pc meets the minimum req's expect DirectX. Intel HD Graphics 4000 should run the game well at least in 30 fps according to the game's minimum req's, but it runs at avarage 20 FPS. My pc specs are not that bad, I can play java edition well. 120 fps overallSome Of My PC Specs:1.GPU: Intel HD Graphics 40002.GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7600M SeriesCPU: Intel i7-3612QMRAM: 8GBI tried running the game in both HDD and SDD. Nothing changed at all. Its on my HDD now.I tried turning VSYNC off. Changing settings to low does not changes anything. FPS stays the same. While game is running, ram usage is %47 o
