Windows 10: Low FPS suddenly after installing HALO INFINITE.

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro Bought Feb 2024Laptop Specs: NVIDIA RTX 3050Ti GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 6800HS Creator Edition, 16" 120 Hz Display, Windows 10 Reverted from 11, 16GB RamProblem: I had good FPS 100+ then I installed HALO Infinite via Steam to play with friends. HALO launched with 20-30 FPS max, tried to fix it but didnt work didnt play with any settings outside in-game ones so I uninstalled it. Tried playing my other games which then suddenly capped FPS at around 20-30 FPS. I also noticed that when I played my main game Rainbow Six Siege my GPU usage was around 5 ms when I didnt hav

Halo Infinite Low FPS

It's just Halo Infinite. Every other game I have runs as smooth as butter.

While I,m on the map or main menu I get 120+ fps. Online multiplayer i get good performance. It's just on single player campaign.

 

Halo Infinite Unplayable low fps

I have downloaded Halo Infinite for PC through xbox game pass and I cannot get it anywhere close to a playable state. If I was at least getting 30fps I could play but I'm literally getting around 10 or fewer fps on the lowest graphics settings!

My computer should easily be able to play this game and any other game I have ever played on PC works perfectly. My computer has the following specs:

Intel Core i7-11800H 8Cores 16Threads Up to 4.6Ghz

16GB DDR4 - 3200

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU 6GB GDDR6 (driver is up to date)

Resolution: 1920x1080 (144Hz)

This low fps affects both multiplayer and single-player campaigns. Even the opening menu is virtually unusable and has <5 fps! the mouse moves around very laggy and when I manage to click on menu items they take 5 seconds just to open up, it is ridiculous. When I tried playing the single-player campaign the cutscenes were really terrible and had strange shapes and blocks everywhere and the master chief's head would appear and disappear. I have attached photos of this below.









I need to stress this issue only occurs with Halo Infinite. All other games work fine. I recently played a plagues tale innocence on my PC and it ran fine with high graphics settings. Anyone who have suggestions to make this game playable?
