Windows 10: Low fps

Hi so sińce I got my pc ive Been experiencing very low fps like a stable 165 in battle royale fortnite, my specs are 3060ti i7 12700kf 16gb ram , i have no idea what is causing this and I have tried reinstalling Windows and multiple softwares to increase fps and its all the same even if I have the lowest settings

Low fps in games

I suddenly had low fps in all my games so i tried fixing it and ran into several problems

sfc doesnt work i get the error Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service, DISM doesnt work, i have low fps in all my games, i cant do an update because i get the Error 0x800703e6.

What i tried:

1.checked for disk and ram errors

2.Reset Windows components

3.Checked Windows installer(auto, manual, demand)

4.checked for malware or virus'

5.updated graphics drivers

6.checked system temperatures

All these didnt help me. Any suggestions

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
