Windows 10: Low human speech voices volume when using any headset output on my laptop

I bought a new laptop and it is having a problem with the audio. Spoken speech is very low volume and low frequency when using any headphone jack. This happens with both the headphone jack on the laptop which is controlled by a Realtek chip and the headphone jack on my monitor which is controlled by a nvidia chip and being transmitted via displayport. This problem does not happen if I use the built in speakers on my laptop. The problem sounds like karaoke mode is turned on and trying to suppress human voices. However, it does not happen at all when playing music with human voices in it.I

Voice Command 1.6 and Bluetooth headsets volume.

Is there anyway to increase the volume of the Voice Command audio speech through the headset. When you tell it to dial a number or call someone it repeats what you said but the voice is always low, and hard to hear. Is there anyway to turn the AI speech up?

 

X6: Voice volume via headset/earphone too low

Not only volume is low through headset but it is low through loud speakers and earphone too although the volume is at it is maximum, especially when using gps voice guiding instructions when driving. This seems to be a software bug that nokia needs to fix
in this phone.

Yes both the volumes on the phone are at the max. The voice command speech AI dosn't seemt to be affected by the PHA's volume controls. I can set them to 0 and you can still hear the voice command speech AI. Its just always at that level witch is low and hard
to hear in noisy situations.
