Windows 10: Low microphone voice sound

My microphone is good but it is barely recording voice sound i have also increased it to100 from properties, it only recognizes breathing air sound easily. I have tried updating driver from device manager and it says that I have already latest driver installedI have also tried with other mic but still same problem.

This issue might occur if there is change microphone or audio settings.



To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

• Have you tried to check the issue by connecting with another microphone device on the computer?
• Are you getting any error message on the computer when you use the Microphone?

laptop microphone pickup - very low volume since update

Laptop microphone output volume is VERY low since Windows 10 update that I installed 6/10/20. No other changes. Zoom app (and microphone test through Windows) can barely pick up my voice. Noted that drivers for Intel Smart Sound Technology were updated
in this build. (Volume set at 100%) Any suggestions?

Go to Settings > System > Sound. Scroll down, under 'Input' click on 'device properties' to adjust it.
