Windows 10: Low resolution in some apps / part of some apps when not in use

I'm having problems with my Windows 11 Laptop where some GUI gets rendered with a very low resolution unless I make it "re-render" by moving my mouse cursor over it. I wish I could attach some screenshots but as I upload them the text field bugs out and I cannot write anymore. With the "new" MS Teams for example, the entire app goes to a lower resolution while on other apps, only one part that is probably rendered differently form the rest content on the main window of the app vs toolbars. Other apps like Firefox, MS Teams Classic, Edge, Outlook and file explorer have no problem at all.I hav

• If you're getting the same resolution when accessing the camera app on the device where the camera is physically connected.

As the issue only occurs with Photo app, this might be the app issue. Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: I would suggest you to run the Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: Change the screen resolution and check if it helps:

• Type Change screen resolution in the Search
  box from the desktop.
• 
  Under Resolution search for the
  Recommended or any other resolution and click on Apply.
  
• 
  A windows pops up saying "Keep these display settings", then select
  Keep changes.
