Windows 10: Low resolution when 2 connected monitors

I have laptop DELL Latitude 5400 with Intel UHD Graphics 650. I am using dock DELL k20a001 to connect my 27" Dell U2722D which is running 2560 x 1440 with no problems.When I connect my second monitor 23.8" Dell U2417H I am not able to set full resolution on my first 27" monitor. I am not able to find 2560 x 1440 in resolution settings.I tried every thing what I could find on internet - everything is up to date, I have reinstalled drivers several times.Can you help me?Thanks

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Connected 2 exact same monitors but cannot set same resolution

I had a Dell UP3017 monitor connected via dock to my laptop. The resolution (recommended) is 2560x1600 at 59Hz. This setup worked flawlessly. I then connected a second Dell UP3017 and the 'Display Settings' will not allow me to set the new display to
the same resolution. The max resolution listed is 2048x1080 at 24Hz. Also, 'Display Settings' does not give a recommended resolution in the list for this monitor. How do I get the displays to both go to 2560x1600?

Right click on the desktop

Select Display

This dialog should show an illustration of your 2 monitors.

Click on the problem monitor

What is the resolution show for it?

If it does not say "Recommended Resolution" click on the drop down and select the recommended resolution.
