Low volume after updating realtek audio drivers

I updated realtek audio driver on my Laptop, Razer Blade 2018 Advance Max-Q.

Before update the name I could see was realtek high definition audio but now it shows Realtek R Audio codec with DolbyAPO.

My audio has gotten really low, have already tried all the troubleshooting issues but cannot find the solution.

Also tried to rollback the drivers, disabling the device, updating the drivers aswell but it somehow updates itself to this same driver again,

I have tried to install the drivers available at Razer blade but that gives me the following error:

How do I permanently delete this driver and stop windows from installing it automatically again?

because only after doing that I can get the driver from either Microsoft update or windows database which would work as it was working perfectly before.

As you can see, the enhancement option from sound control panel is also gone now

  2. Realtek HD audio - low volume

Something really unexpected happened after a seemingly innocent thing - I connected external microphone to a front panel jack, and everything started sound at a low volume. I disconnected then the mic, and put it back to the back panel jack. Low volume
remained. I tried uninstalling drivers, installing Windows 8.1 drivers in compatibility mode, I played with pretty much all settings of Realtek HD Audio manager, Sonic Studio, Control Panel's sound settings. Nothing helped. Such a puzzling story! I hear it's
due to some Realtek software/hardware bugs.

    Anyone has a workaround?

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

    1.Go Open up device manager
    2. Go under sound, video, and game controllers
    3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
    4. Right click and hit update driver
    5. Browse my computer for driver software
    6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
    7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
    8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
    9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
    10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
