Windows 10: Lower Mic Bitrate Below Limit

Hello. This is a pretty stupid question but I was wondering if there was any way to actually lower the bitrate of a microphone to be lower than what it's limit is? For example, is there any way to get it lower to what it is now:Thanks for your help!

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

 

Playing high bitrate videos on 5800XM

What is the major limitation(in other words,bottleneck) of 5800XM to play high bitrate video?

Clock rate of CPU,cache capacity, reading speed of SD card or other things?

I use FormatFactory to convent the videos with video-bitrate 1600Kbps and audio-bitrate 192Kbps

(lower than that, the difference can be observed easily...)

It can play but be stopped after 30s to several min. while the audio is still playing.

I use the SD card provided by Nokia that its reading speed is around 16-18MB/s
