Windows 10: lower processes

PLEASE someone help me. ive only had this laptop for a few months and for some reason it keeps on running SO MUCH processes and i can never figure out why. I have it up for ONE MINUTE, and its running over 200 processes. I dont know what to do, can someone please help me figure this out ? ive took this screenshot just now and i dont know why this is happening, maybe a virus?

Lowering triangle amount on Paint 3D

The option to increase or decrease the number of triangles/polygons in

• Open the Paint 3D app.
• Click on Menu.
• On the lower left portion, select Help and Feedback.
• Press the Give feedback button under Give feedback.

  Does start menu open if you press the windows key on the keyboard?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt+ delete on the keyboard and click on task manager.
  
• 
  Click on the Process tab and locate explorer.exe in the windows and click on end task.
  
• 
  Click on File and then click on New.
  
• 
  Type explorer.exe and press enter.
