Windows 10: LsapSetRandomDomainSid

So I've downloaded a virus. I cleaned my pc and deleted everyting from ssd and reinstalled windows again. But, onde everything got updated and basic programs installed, i had this .log file that my other 2 pcs dont have: Isasetup.log. LsapSetRandomDomainSid()

I have Windows 10 pro. I have been hacked for a while now. Today i found this file on my computer called Lsasetup.

I want to know how to remove this controller from my Windows computer?
