    Lso keeps triggering causes my computer to freeze, requiring manual shutdown.


    My computer frequently freezes and then I am forced to manually power off the laptop. These crashes are accompanied by the message in event viewer LSO was triggered. These crashes typically occur while gaming. I have done a network reset through settings and it should not be from anything overheating. I am unable to disable the driver for long periods of time, because I need to use my laptop for school and do not have generally have access to an ethernet connection.     My computer freezes and needs to be manually powered off to restart.

    Essentially the title, but I can't seem to find what can be causing the issue. The fans seem to work great and I don't believe overheating is the issue. For multiple of the freezes, the line: 6062 - Lso was triggered appears in event viewer. Any experience with this problem?

    My laptop - a Lenonvo ThinkPad T590 - occasionally logs "6062 Lso was triggered" errors. When I look at the advanced properties of the WiFi adapter - an Intel AC 9560 - I see not mention of LSO support to disable. (The Ethernet adapter does show LSO support for both IPv4 and IPv6, but I rarely use Ethernet on this laptop.) I can't guarantee these events indicate an actual error, but I often see them around the time I've had Macrium Reflect abort a backup due to network error. I see the event at other times, too, but I can't associate it with any other problems. Is there some way to tell Windows not to request LSO even if it thinks the adapter supports it? This is a Win10 21H1 build19043.1237.

    Computer Keeps Freezing

    It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

    I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
