Windows 10: LT Spice software not responding

i was using Lt Spice software , but after windows update i can neither open it nor uninstall it.

while opening the cursor shows the hourglass symbol and then disappears, nothing shows up in task manager


while uninstalling a dialogue box pops up " do you want to uninstall this application" then nothing happens


please help

Spice D1100

The Spice D-1100 is the dual SIM device that came out some time back.

I assume there is a SIM Manager program .... yes? Some devices have it in their Programs listing, others have it under System and others have it listed under the Menu for their Contacts.

I've not seen (or used) it but the first thing that comes to mind is did you try inserting the SIM in the other available slot?

i have purchased spice d-1100 dual sim phone it is not working proper,spice is good company or not,is it registered,it has imei number also,but it is not supporting GPRS
