Windows 10: lulusoftware@upclick

I just read the posting about lulusoftware@upclick on your page. This company is making unauthorized charges into my account and PayPal is refusing to remove them. How do I protect myself if my computer is not protected by Microsoft even as I pay for such protection? How do I remove this malware?

we will of course try to fix this as soon as possible, for the moment disabling the shell integration is the only known workaround. If you purchased the software within the last 30 days you could also get a full refund from our reseller upclick.

Since it doesn't affect all users and the majority seems to not be facing this problem, it might be related to a problem during the setup or update. It might be possible to fix the problem by reinstalling directly from offline MSI, but I can't tell as we
