    Lumia 640 LTE sync issues after Windows 10 update

    Hi Julie,

    I suggest you to refer the link below and follow the steps suggested.

    Sync your contacts

    If the issue still persists I suggest you to check if you have new software available for your phone do the following:

    Lumia with Windows 10:

    • Go to Settings > Update & security >
      Phone update       and tap Check for updates.
    Do let us know If you are able to do sync in Lumia 640. Thank you.

    Upgrade Lumia 640 to Windows 10?

    I suggest you look again at the first list, specifically at the 4th item from the left.
