    Lumia 640LTE


    Can’t login to Microsoft. Phone has been reset to factory settings and now shows Win Phone 8.1 update 2. This means I can’t update to Win 10 which the phone came with as it still has IE rather than Edge. Trying normal Update gives “Set time & date” and returns to it in a loop. I know there’s a way around this but, search as I may, I can’t find it. Any advice?
