Windows 10: lync is still on startup even tho i deleted ms office

so i just deleted microsoft office 2013 that was preinstalled on my pc but lync is still on startup

I apologise for side-stepping the previous posts here.

The applicable version of Lync is dependent on the version of the Lync server you're connecting to. The vast majority of Office 365 and Exchange installations are now on Lync 2013/Skype for Business. You'd have to ask your provider for information (although
the Lync apps will respond appropriately in suggesting you're using the wrong client).

You haven't stated what version of phone OS you have, or what version of Lync server your corporation is using.

From what you've said (and you'll have to correct me), you're facing a problem in functionality rather than bugs/configuration issues.

Lync/Skype for Business is a corporate application that isn't fully supported here on the MS Community (which is consumer facing).

Lync Contacts

on my phone, at the bottom of my contact list under the # sign, is a phone number listed repeatedly (many times) and it is listed as a contact added by Lync. How can I remove this contact? I have tried deleting but it is listed so many times. I don't use
the number listed thanks

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup
