Windows 10: M.2 NVMI SSD not found in Disk List cmd but in Device Manager

Okey, so I bought a new laptop yesterday and decided to order a M.2 2TB SSD at the same time so that I would be able to have a little more space.Installed the SSD today but cannot find it anywhere except for in Device manager or when creating a pool. i've tried finding it in cmd to clean it and do new partitions, ive tried searching for broken files, updated drivers, populating it, placing it in another slot in the laptop and so on but whatever I do I cannot find it in my cmd or in files, what can I do?

M.2 SSD Drive With Windows 10 Listed as Disk 1 in Disk Management,

Hi, In my pc M.2 SSD with Windows 10 OS is listed as Disk 1 and not as Disk 0 in Disk Management. Also, the same drive is listed as Removable devices which is actually internal SSD.

Can anybody help me resolve this, please?

normally laptop comes with primary Hdd, so. bios gives as sata 0 and if we add SSD in M.2 means, bios assigned as sata 1.

So only windows assigns according to Bios.

I have M.2 SSD as disk 1and HDD as disk 0, windows os is installed on Ssd

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we can identify the cause of the issue:

• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port?
• Have you checked if the SSD is visible in Device Manager? Follow these steps to verify if it is visible in Device Manager:
  
  • Right-click on Start and click-on Device Manager.
  • Click-on the Disk drive and check if it is there.
  • If it is visible, try to check if you can update its driver.
