Windows 10: m-audio m-track solo cuts off when opening a game

m-audio m-track solowindows 10 64 bitpsu 550 watti have this problem where my mic would suddenly cuts offbut its not like audio interface suddenly disconnected from the pcbut its like the mic just cuts off from the pc when i open a gamethe output still works so I don't think its the cable got cut off thrice b4and when i use direct monitoring I can still hear myselffirst day got it have no problem but the second day it started happeningdid i buy a faulty one or did i set it up wrongi have the duos and solos control panelthe seller said this interface cant be use for gamingbm800 but b4 i use

Issues with audio recording using M-Track input device, Windows 10 1809.

We see that you are facing difficulties in audio recording using M-Track. Could let us know, are you referring to M-audio M-Track device? However, we recommend you to refer

Troubleshoot audio recording from Audacity and try performing the steps and check.

If you are referring to M-audio M-Track, please try downloading driver and firmware for the device and microphone form
M-Track download Support check if it helps. If the issue still persists, we would suggest you to get in touch with
M-track Support for further assistance.

We appreciate the research and troubleshooting you have done, this issue could be from the software end or from the hardware itself.



Please try few of the troubleshooting below to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

1. Try to connect the device with a different USB and check if that helps.
   
2. Connect the M-track to different computer and check if you still face the issue there, if the issue persists, it could be caused by hardware.
   

Method 1:

1. Press Windows + R key on your keyboard together, and type
   control printers.
   
2. You will see list of all the devices and printers connected to your computer.
   
3. Click on Add a device and follow the onscreen instruction and add your device.
   

Method 2:

1. Uninstall
   all the M-Track drivers from device manager.
   
2. Reboot the computer and check.
   

Method 3:



I suggest you login to the manufacturer site,
download the drivers for your registered device and
install it.



If you still face the issue, I suggest you to get in touch with the
manufacturer and get the hardware checked once.
