Windows 10: M key seems to toggle somthing on and off and I want it to stop.

This is the second keyboard I've bought thinking this problem would stop.First I had a black web USB wired keyboard that was doing it.Have a Bluetooth keyboard now and it's still making the sound every time I press the M key. Sounds like something is being toggled off and on. Only does it with the "M" key.Yes, all lock option are turned off toggle keys, filter keys, and sticky keys.Please help, it's so annoying.

Toggle keys stopped working after Windows 10 update

• Access Settings from Start Menu.
• From Settings, click
  Ease of Access.
• Select Keyboard from the options.
• Cast a glance at the right pane of Keyboard. you can see
  Toggle Keys option with a slider.
• Switch the slider to On mode and activate the feature.

To Turn On or Off Toggle Keys Tone

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

As you have an issue with sound on toggle keys, I suggest you to change the toggle keys settings
and check.

Steps:

• Press Windows key from keyboard and type
  Toggle.
• Select Hear a tone while pressing Caps lock, Num lock and Scroll lock.
• Under Toggle keys, change the settings and check.

If the issue still persists, Run troubleshooter from
Fix sound problems and check.

Laptop Keyboard keys not working -- not a hardware issue.

Change the Keyboard Settings - Follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the Windows Start button and open the Settings app.
   
2. Select the Accessibility tab from the left sidebar.
   
3. Click on Keyboard on the right side of the screen.
   
4. Disable the toggles next to Sticky keys, Filter keys, and Toggle keys.
   
5. Disable the toggle next to Underline access keys.
   
6. Then, go to Typing under Related settings.
   
7. Turn off the toggles next to Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard and Multilingual text suggestions.
   
8. After that, click on Advanced keyboard settings and make sure the correct language option is selected.
