Windows 10: M.Office Process / Task Manager

Hello everyone. I recently start having a problem which I believe is related to a process...
I'm not an expert at all, usually I go on forums and I can fix stuff by myself by reading and studying other people's similar problems. But this time I couldn't find anything like this.

So, I use my computer every day, and recently I noticed something coming up (for a few seconds) and then disappearing right away. Here's a screen:



I don't have M. Office installed on this computer. So I really don't know what is this about.
Plus if I'm playing a game or watching a movie, it will interrupt that app, making it a bit annoying now.

Go to Processes tab and sort them with CPU and see which one is taking too much CPU , there might be multiple processors.

This screenshot shows 100% of CPU is being used but to see what taking this , you need to check Processors tab.

 

Unusual process in task manager

When I opened my task manager I noticed that under non-windows processes 'Windows Command Processor' was open. I am aware this is the cmd, but it still listed this when no cmd was open on my screen.
Further more the file location was SysWOW64 rather than the system32 folder where it opens from when I open cmd normally. Is this unusual or does the SysWOW64 version of cmd just sometimes run in the background. When I end the process it re-opens itself eventually.
I am using Windows 10 with the Anniversary update.

 

AS far as I can see, nothing is jumping out at me. But you do have some high disk usage on a few screen shots which tells me you have some stuff accessing your HDD a lot. You also have some high Memory usage. How much RAM do you have installed?

As for you Office question....it looks to be installed as I have Office 2016 Pro Plus and have the exact same process listed. You may want to check your installed programs for the control panel/uninstall programs and see what you actually have installed. If it's installed it will be listed in the uninstall list.

 

Sorry, my mistake. Office it's installed on this laptop, I just never used it. It came with the laptop... I just opened the first time and gives me that ''choose a trial version or buy the product'' etc. So like I said, never used it, and I don't understand why that pop-up task keeps showing... :/
