Windows 10: Mac Book Pro + Parallels Desktop + Windows 10

Discus and support Mac Book Pro + Parallels Desktop + Windows 10 in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I use Parallels Desktop to access Windows 10.     I use Parallels Desktop to access Windows 10. All of a sudden, Windows won't open, screen goes black, and process ends. Any ideas?
