    (mac) reset windows not finding recovery drive


    I have my mac running dual boot with Windows 10. I have had windows on it a long time, and need to do a full factory reset of my windows partition(of course I have moved all the files I need to save on to an external drive). I created a "Recovery Drive", and am trying to use "Recovery-->Reset This PC", but I get the error that recovery environment was not found. I have the recovery drive connected right into the USB port(not through a HUB). I have a win7 code that I THINK I used when I first installed it, but I am not sure it will work.

    Cant reset my pc

    I m so tired of finding out how to reset my pc., when i try to reset my windows 10 it says could not find the recovery environment and for that i tried to create recovery drive it also sucks , it says we cant create a recovery drive on this pc some required
    files are missing. So to fix this i was searching in the net since 2 days . dnt get any fix. Can yu kindly help me fix this issue step by step please

    I don't have any restore points and when I try to reset Windows it says "Could not find recovery enviroment" and I can't create a recovery drive to reset my PC, says "Some required files are missing".
