    Mac style autocorrect for windows?

    Typos intentional, lol

I've recently had to start using a windows computer for work, after using a mac for the past few years. I am used to autocorrect being triggered on hitting enter after each word, instead of having to watch a menu of suggestions and manually choose a suggestion.

I am trying to up my performance/speed in a v persnickety temp job. This would actually make a difference for me, esp since my screen/resolution is not ideal for the web applications I'm using...it would allow me to zoom further out in my browser to avoid unecessary time scrolling, but also without making typing mistakes or having to squint at my screen.

Is there any way I can get mac style auto-autocorrect on a lenovo thinkpad? I've found a couple autohotkey programs but they're all pretty old and don't seem to be working now.

    Thanks!!

    • On the Cortana search box, type Typing Settings and press
      Enter.
    • Turn off Autocorrect misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words.
    • Restart your PC.

    Autocorrect in Win10... basically non-existent(?)

    Hi,

Notepad is a simple text-editing program that allows minimal formatting and limited to simple text entry. Meanwhile, the autocorrect in Windows 10 can be enabled or disabled by following the steps below:

    • Type Devices in Cortana search and press Enter.
    • Click Typing beside the keyboard icon.

Each program has their own autocorrect features, from Windows built-in applications, web browsers, to installed applications. We suggest that you contact the application support to know more about their features.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
