Machine Check Exception Win 10 BSOD

The video graphics driver has been reinstalled.

The problem is the underlying video TDR failure:

A VIDEO_TDR_ERROR always relates to the system's graphics card (TDR = Timeout Detection Recovery).

This could be due to problems related to:
    a) drivers
    b) heat
    c) power to the card
    d) a faulty PCI-e slot
    e) defective GPU

    Perform the following steps:
    1) The video driver has already been replaced.
    2) Measure the GPU's temperatures at idle and under load
    3) Ensure the GPU is free from dust build up and that the fan is working correctly
    4) Reseat the GPU and check all connections are securely made
    5) Check PSU voltages in BIOS
    6) Try a different card in the system

Code: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.Arguments:Arg1: ffffc08b50174010, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).Arg2: fffff80b710ef654, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).Arg3: 0000000000000000, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.Arg4: 000000000000000d, Optional internal context dependent data.[/quote]

I removed the GPU and cleaned the contacts with 99% alcohol. Dusted with compressed air and reinstalled. So far everything is working as it should. Even ran a few benchmarks on the GPU to push its limits with no negative effects. We shall see in a day or so.

    1) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.

The bios in your computer: BIOS Version/Date DELL INC. A16, 10/26/2009

    4) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.

    5) So please make sure your files are backed up.

    6) Please make a backup image with Macrium:
