Windows 10: Machine only crashes playing Witcher 3 after fresh reinstall

Reinstalled Windows and then all of my drivers as far as I know. All other games work fine, except for Total War Troy which crashes to desktop on launch and they say they're working on hot fixes. But I get random BSODs only in Witcher 3.

All of the hardware stuff seems OK: memtest, sfc/scannow, chkdsk, windows memory diagnostic, check ssd and hdd for errors. Windows is up to date. Stress tests still seem stable at stock settings for CPU/GPU and XMP enabled for RAM.

BlueScreenViewer says all of the errors are caused by ntoskrnl.exe and at this address:
ntoskrnl.exe+3ddf40
Been reading that this is usually driver problems but I haven't been able to figure out which ones. Hoping someone here could maybe help me figure that out.

Witcher 1 Crashing

I recently bought Witcher 1 on steam and I wanted to play it but it still crashing upon start. After launch it crash and i got "The Witcher has stopped working..."

I tried every compatibility settings, running as administrator, even trying to regedit to change full screen to windowed or resolution.

My Spec:

Windows 10Pentium G4560 3.50GHZ

4GB Ram

Rx 580 (Up to date drivers)

It looks like its something with AMD Drivers or something but its a new system and I did clean install of amd drivers.

 

The witcher 3 wild hunt doesn't open

Make sure you you have the latest patch installed: http://en.cdprojektred.com/support/?support-product=wild_hunt

If that doesn't work you can follow http://www.witcher3dlc.com/the-witcher-3-pc-fixes and make sure you at least
meet the minimum requirements to run the game. If these steps don't work then try installing the recommended GPU drivers for your video card also listed in the link.
