I've reinstalled the focusrite and bluetooth drivers succesfully, and it looks like they're working fine for now. I checked event viewer and at the moment there are no more error reports for the bluetooth adapter. There were no exclamation mark triangles to show you in device manager even with show hidden devices enabled. Thank you for your patience and assistance once again.

Now I just need to work out what the in-game crash was all about... I've had crashes like that previous to my motherboard replacement, and I even replaced my PSU at one point relating to that same crash scenario. So the only things in my system that have not been replaced are the CPU, RAM modules, GPU and SSD+HDD. Obviously replacing some of those could get expensive beyond worth and I don't have parts I can substitute them with, so what are my next steps? I don't think throwing it out of the window will work, even if they do call it Windows... *chuckle

There were some mini dumps that were not created from the dump file.

Code: Unable to produce a minidump file from the full dump file.
Please post a share link with the memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMPUse file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results.

Got the memory dump file, but I think the file attachment system didn't like the file size so I zipped it and uploaded to my Google drive: MEMORY.rar - Google Drive

Okay, Avast cleaned up and Win Defender turned back on. Do you consider it possible that Avast could have been the cause a crash in-game? It would certainly make sense to me from a timeline perspective, as I have been using Avast for well over 2 years now and all the while putting up with the annoyance of these crashes.

With the recent fixes time is needed now to evaluate the computer environment.

Okay, I'll have to go on a bit of a gaming marathon later on today, purely in the interest of testing system stability of course... *Wink You've been very helpful so far, thanks a lot.

Turned on my PC about 20 minutes ago, and while it was sat on the desktop after about 5 minutes it blue screened with another power state failure. I also noticed in event viewer that the bluetooth adapter errors have returned. Neither the power state failure nor the bluetooth adapter errors were a problem before upgrading to the new mobo, just the in-game OS crashes. So maybe there is more than just a single issue here? Or maybe the Focusrite box was causing the in-game crashes too? Attached another log.

    Hello,

It is the same FocusRite driver causing the power state failure:

    Code: >[IRP_MJ_POWER(16), IRP_MN_SET_POWER(2)] 0 e1 ffffb0060fda9c60 00000000 fffff800369b3ed0-ffffb00611203010 Success Error Cancel pending Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FocusriteUSB.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for FocusriteUSB.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for FocusriteUSB.sys \Driver\FocusriteUSB nt!PopRequestCompletion Args: 00051100 00000001 00000001 00000002
The driver details are: FocusriteUSB.sys Thu Jun 8 12:58:59 2017 (59393C03) which I think are unchanged from the earlier BSOD so you need to find a different driver, maybe an earlier version if there are no newer ones.

There certainly aren't any newer ones, and Focusrite's website doesn't host any previous driver iterations either. I did some googling to see if anywhere else has older drivers, unsuccessfully as well. Time to contact Focusrite?

In device manager do you see an option to rollback to an earlier driver for the Focusrite device?

Nope, it's greyed out. Focusrite drivers have also stopped showing under the audio and sound device tabs.

It would be worth contacting Focusrite to see if they are aware of the problem. There has been one other thread involving Focusrite today.

Okay, I'll do that. Interesting that I'm not the only one, I wonder if their Focusrite box is the same model and gen as mine?

If I run into any crashes that appear to differ to the ones I've already had, I'll make sure to upload another log. I'm haven't had any experience in contacting Focusrite support before, so I could be waiting a days/weeks before I can respond back her. Thanks for your help as always.
