    I have a problem which appeared during Windows 10 installation on my MacBook Air (mid 2012). It is a black screen, which showed up during setup and stays here.

    I tried to install Windows 10 without Boot Camp but used EFI boot

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    I installed windows 10 1809 on my MacBook air (mid 2012) without bootcamp. It showed black screen during account setup and didn't get back. Any known issue with MacBook air (mid 2012)?
