Same here, but when I'm happy with the schedule and click Finish up comes that pesky password screen, every time I try it. Don't you get that then?

Something that came to mind, but I do not use, or ever have, so I have no experience with:
Are you using BitLocker or any other type of disk encryption, that might require a password?

No, I don't go in for that stuff, I try to be careful but like I said, I'm the only one ever likely to use this system.

I don't get this bit about when I created a new user account, it just came up with it password protected. Is there any way I can remove it? Presumably MS wouldn't allow that. I can't help thinking this might be the problem although it only started just recently, had no trouble at all before.
Does it matter what build of Reflect I use now? I'm on 1502 but i did try 1495. Are they both 'patched' for the anniversary?

That's not the problem as we both are using it, and it works just fine for me.

Have you tried activating the built in admin account?

In cmd (with admin rights): net user Administrator /active:yes

To deactivate it again: net user Administrator /active:no

Maybe the password prompt somehow refers to the built in (but normally hidden) admin account.

Macrium Reflect keeps asking for password?

I just tried that but I don't know how to see what accounts I have now! If I go to User Accounts I only see my 'usual one, yey earlier I did add another one with an email address as the user name, now I don't see it!

Following on from Cliff's point that the problem was going to be the password on my local account I had a rummage and found a password that wasn't associated with anything so I thought, may as well try it and it worked, so that was the problem all along. I can only assume I was having a bad day a while ago with passwords/Microsoft that got me into a bind. Whatever.

I would like to know though how to see all the accounts I have now. I only see the one at the moment but I know I created another one as Cliff suggested and I also followed altae's suggestion about activating the hidden admin account, so I should have three accounts!

OK, got it. Manage user accounts. I found all three so deleted the one I created leaving the original and the unhidden admin account.

Thank you for all the help and advice, I appreciate it!
