I made a mistake doing a subscription. I was applying for a $21.47 plan for my wife and her email but I did not take into consideration that I was using my laptop and the subscription went to my email instead of hers. So I tried to cancel and restart on her computer but the charges on my bill as gone through and I need a refund.

Just to follow up regarding Microsoft Security Bulletin concern.

• Did anyone answer your query regrading Microsoft Security Bulletin?
• Did you already try to enter the username and password where your wife receive the email for the Microsoft Security Bulletin Releases?

We suggest you to enter the email address where she receive the email about it and check if you can see the subscription to unsubscribe it.

Still getting emails for thread subscription after setting to no emails.

Receive Email = uncheck all boxes
Default Thread Subscription Mode = Do not subcribe
Private Messaging = uncheck Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages

Is this a bug, or does it take a week or more to stop getting them? I double checked my Edit Options settings, and it's still set to what I changed it to, which is no emails for thread subscription, but I keep getting the emails.
