    Hello, I was trying to gift a minecraft account to someone and it wasn't working, everytime It came up with an error I kept trying to make the purchase again, I assumed since it was giving me errors It wasn't charging me but it was charging me the entire time, I tried with paypal with my card and I tried with only my card without paypal, I got some money back thanks to paypal but not the rest of it when I used my normal card on, how can I get a refund? I got charged like 7 times and only 2 refunds happend again, thanks to paypal but still missing the rest of my money.

    Issue with Store purchase of Windows 11

    I purchased Windows 11 from the Microsoft Store $199.00 to activate my laptop, my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation email with the windows 11 product license code. So I don't know what it is. My laptop did get activated however I need my product code. Also, I can see the order in my Order History, but when I look at the details of the order there is not a product license code and the online support states that I should have received an order conformation email which would have the product license code, but I have not received the email with this information.

    The product key is in the confirmation email you received after buying your digital copy of Windows. Microsoft only keeps a record of product keys if you purchased from the Microsoft online store. You can find out if you purchased from Microsoft in your Microsoft account Order history.

    No product key after Windows 10 purchase

    • How did you upgrade to windows 10?
    • Have you done clean install?
    • Are you getting any error message?
    • From where have you purchased the Windows 10?
    If you have purchased from online Microsoft store or any store I suggest you to contact them for the product key.

    Please do let us know with more information, so that we can assist you better.
