    Hey, so I have a 2019 razer blade stealth (with the mx150), and I recently got an external monitor. Because of this, I'm going to use my magic keyboard 2 to connect using bluetooth to my laptop. The problem is, the function keys on the laptop keyboard control volume, brightness, and more. I downloaded mac utilities software and it got the function keys to work, such as f1 makes your browser help center pop up, but even when clicking the function key on the magic keyboard,I cant find a way to change the volume and brightness using the function keys on the external keyboard. Does anybody know a way? Thanks in advance.

    Hi ,

    On my Dell 5559 Windows 10 , brightness not working.

    Have tried few steps from youtube videos but did not work.

    Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

    Hi Ella,

    To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

    • Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
    • See if you can adjust the brightness.

    If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
