  1. Magnifier App for Windows 10

I have been referred to this website by the Microsoft help desk. I use the Magnifier software that magnifies the screen and provides other accessibility functionality for visually impaired people, However, I have found that it does not work on some PCs. This software was bought by Microsoft from a company called AI Squared who sold the product under the name Zoomtext.

The Zoomtext website showed, and still does, because Zoomtext is still available from another supplier the minimum system hardware requirements for this software.

I have tried to persuade the person I was speaking to over the phone to ensure the minimum system requirements for the Magnifier application available in Windows 10 are included in the Support page for the Magnifier software.

Does anyone know what the minimum software requirements for use of Magnifier software are?

    :)
