  1. magnifier is set to OFF seems to be ON, and changing sizes regularly

Small 'magnifier settings' box has been appearing on screen, I have just clicked it off but that may be what is causing the huge or tiny text and screen displays that are opening in everything on this PC.

In trying to correct it I accidently changed background and display colors to dark and now each screen I open I must use CTRL + - or+ signs just to make the screen usable.

Am unable to return display, background, contrast colors/settings to Windows default which is what it was always set at.

Have 3 times performed the DISM check, scan, restore health options in Power Shell but the response is: not corrupt files, etc. found. PC is OK.

Not so, PC has gone NUTS! Any suggestions PLEASE? klaro again

    :)
