    I used to get notification from Action Center for new email messages.

    Not any more.

    I searched various forums, and it appears to be a bug.

    Is everyone else experiencing this? I have two accounts connected to the Mail program--Outlook and Gmail. It's not getting notification from either account.

    Calendar Event(s) Not Showing Up in Action Center

    It seems that Action Center does not work correctly on your computer. Do you get notifications from other apps besides Mail and Calendar?

    Please go through the suggestions on
    this page     to work on the issue regarding Action Center. Refer to Dam.self.ly's post.

    New mail notifications not visible on lock screen after adding Outlook account to Windows Mail

    I have a new install of Windows 10. The new mail icon does not appear on the lock screen as it should.

    My main e-mail client is Outlook 2013, which I have successfully installed and configured to use with my IMAP e-mail account..

    I would like to use the toast notification and lock screen notification features of Windows 10, so I have also configured the Mail client to check my IMAP e-mail account.

    Briefly this configuration worked, and displayed new mail notifications in the action center, toast notifications when new mail arrived, and the envelope icon with the number of unread messages on the lock screen when the machine was locked.

    Then, to use the Calendar features, I added an Outlook.com account so that I could access iCalendar data linked to that account. By default my Outlook.com e-mail account was added too.

    Since that time, the lock screen e-mail notification has not appeared. Toast notifications and action center notifications still work. I have removed both the Outlook.com account and my own e-mail account from the Mail client, and deleted the account from
    the Windows account settings as well, and then reconfigured these accounts both separately and together. The functionality that did work yesterday now no longer works.

    My understanding is that the new mail icon should display on the lock screen when new mail alerts are "unread" in the action center. Please advise how this functionality can be made to work correctly?

    Mail Action Center Notification No Longer Works

    I used to get intermittent notifications for mail

    not sure whats happened today, but I am not getting anything at all either

    It is unusual for an official Windows release to have a key function not working. It is not beta software.

    Suddenly, I started getting new message notification this afternoon at the Action Center again.

    The behavior is so unpredictable that I cannot really count on it for new messages.
