Windows 10: Mail and Calendar apps should really be integrated into a single app

Like how Outlook does it.

I don't use them for that reason alone.

Mail/ Calendar app crashes in Windows 10

Original Title[Mail crashing]

Mail / Calendar app now crashing as soon as launched, and I really don't want to go through the hassle of rebuilding Windows 10 [and really shouldn't have to - there should be a strong line between OS and apps!].

Can anyone recommend a decent email client that will support Exchange integration [I also have outlook, but that won't integrate into my corporate email outside of my company's internet while Mail used to / the pre-installed mail client on my Mac still can].
Also, I assume Mail / Calendar can simply be uninstalled?

Thoughts appreciated.

Issues with the Mail app

• can't select multiple single email addresses. You have to type the names 1 at a time.
• the people app is separate from the mail app. There should be an icon as there is for the calendar.
• addresses in the people app aren't syncing with outlook.com

 

People will be people and not everyone agrees with everyone else. Some people prefer to avoid expensive programs [or simply can't afford them] but want parts of them, no problem at all with that. But then the Contacts haven't been singled out even though there is a Folder named Contacts in C:\Users\logged in name.
