Windows 10: Mail App Not Showing CC: Copy

On my Windows 10 I use my Mail app, not Outlook, to sync with the email address my ISP provided. Since last month emails from that address through the Mail app do not return the cc: copy. I always use that field to return a copy of each message I send. At first I thought the problem lay with my eFax address; but now I realize that it is with all messages I send from that address. In my case the ISP is Comcast. That is the only address I synced with Mail on this computer. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Always Show cc/bcc lines in Mail App?

I've been using the default mail app for my HTC One M8. Works fine for the most part.

I often like to add a CC or a BCC to the email. I see I can touch menu then "show CC/.BCC."

On other email clients I had, this can be set by default.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
