Windows 10: Mail App on Windows Computer Keeps Signing Out of My Accounts

I have a few gmail accounts synced with the mail desktop app on my windows 10 computer, but it keeps signing my out automatically. It's not a problem with an updated password I use google's option to sign in using my phone, and it's not an issue with the security certificate since I don't receive the notice, "There is a problem with the server's security certificate. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority."

Mail app only working when signed in under Admin account


Upgraded from Windows 7 about two months ago, but this just started a few days ago.
Tried to read my email and found that I could not use the mail app when signed in under my User account. (previously worked fine.)
If I sign in under my Admin account, the mail app works normally.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the mail/calendar app, and now I don't even have the icons to launch them- not even listed on the start menu, except when using the Admin account.
Is there another way to launch or repair the app?
Any suggested fixes?
Don't want to keep having to sign in as Admin just to read my email.

Mail & Calendar App


By default, M&C app will install an outlook account according to your sign in. I sign into W10 with a non MS account "---@gmail.com" so my default account is listed like this, I can't seem to straighten it out/ delete/change it. Suggestions appreciated.

 

Windows 10 Mail App Suggested Contacts

I finally figured out how to get rid of unwanted suggested contacts for my outlook.com account in the Windows 10 Mail App:

• Sign into the outlook.com account on the web and then delete any unwanted suggested contacts by clicking the X next to the suggested contact.
• Sign out of outlook.com and then open the Windows 10 Mail App.
• Delete the outlook.com account from the Windows 10 Mail App.
• Add the outlook.com account back in.
• The deleted suggested contacts are now gone!
