Mail delivery in windows 10 after resetting and uninstalling still shows code in emails and not the email when opened - Any fixes - tried the trouble shooter - still no fix. An additional try with the troubleshooter for apps and it did say something - Fixing crashes and hangups - still not fixed as well.This is in the Mail app.Also tried a fresh of the system and still no change. I would upgrade to Win 11 but the Omen computer desktop is lacking with the Intel chip. Not advanced to handle Windows 11 and performance. Too bad this is not upgradable No switching on the motherboard either. Tha

Email PDF attachments not showing up on my Windows 10 Mail platform???

• With which Email account you're facing this issue?
• What is the file format of those attachments?
• Did you tried accessing the account on Web browser?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted mail app settings. As an initial troubleshooting, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if this helps.

I suggest you to Run the App Troubleshooter -This tool can automatically identify and fix some problems with the
Windows Store and check if that helps.

If the issue still persists, try the below steps.

Change the Sync Settings in the Mail App and check.

• On Search, click on “Mail” to open the Mail App.
• Click on “Settings”.
• Click on “Accounts”.
• Click on your email account from the list of accounts.
• Select the option “Email” under the section “Change mail box Sync settings”.

Issue with Signing out on Mail in Windows 10, emails are not showing in Mail app

To assist you better, please provide few details.

1) When you say Gmail is connected to Mail, so email shows up, Are you trying to say, no emails shows up?

2) Are you able to view the Emails, when you login to your Gmail account/dell account, through browser?

As per your query, I like to inform you that; we cannot sign out form Email account through Windows 10 Mail app. However, you can remove the account from the Mail app.

Since, the emails are not showing up in Windows 10 Mail app, is it might occur if the Emails are not getting synced with Mail app.

I suggest you to performing Windows app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.

Sent email content not showing in Windows Mail

We understand the concern as you are unable to see the Email in the sent box on the Mail App.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the Version of Mail app installed on the PC?
• Could you please check if there are any emails moving to Spam?
• Do you see the emails in sent box, while accessing Gmail using a browser?

Let’s try a couple of troubleshooting steps and see if we can fix the issue.



Method 1: Update Mail App

If you are using an older version of Mail app, we would suggest you to update Mail app to version 16005.12827.20400.0 and check.

1. Open Microsoft Store and click on three dots from the top left corner.
   
2. Select Downloads and Update and click on Get Updates.
   
3. Select Mail and Calendar app from the list and update.
   
4. Restart the PC and check.
   

Method 2: Reset the app

Method 2: Re-configure the email



We would suggest you to re-configure Gmail in Mail app as an IMAP/POP account. Refer the articles
