    mail keeps saying account needs attention?


    I am trying to add my email account from a domain that I own to mail & it keeps saying the account needs attention and then I have to reenter the password, but it keeps saying account needs attention. I already did the repair the mail app. that didnt fix it either.

    Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

    When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

    Getting notifications Account requires attention in Mail app

    Hi,

    I understand that you are getting notifications that the account requires attention. We will look in to this for you. However, please reply to the following questions to help you further:



    • Are you able to login to the Gmail account?
    • Have you updated any security information for your Gmail account?
    • Are you receiving emails on the Gmail account?


    Since you are getting notifications in the Mail app, it could be that the security information that you have updated for the Gmail account is not synchronizing with the Mail app. If you have updated the security information for the Gmail account recently,
    I suggest you to re-add the account in the Mail app.



    You can also check the privacy settings for Mail by navigating to
    Settings (Windows key + I) >> Privacy >> Email    .

    mail keeps saying account needs attention?

    Mail account Manage or Fix not working

    Hi.

    • I haven't made any changes, but added that mail account that I'm clicking on. I've created it with Internet Email option from Mail app. It keeps saying Attention Required but that pop up is failing to load.
    • I'm using Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063.296
    • I just tried Windows App Troubleshooter for Windows Store Apps, but no success.
