Windows 10: Mail - Outlook cannot display the requested font

Hi

I've connected the Mail app to my Gmail account. It can access my mail without problem but when I try and open an email I get the following message

There is insufficient memory or disk space. Outlook cannot display the requested font

This only happens on the first email selected.

The email is displayed but most of the text is missing. Images are displayed and text which I am guessing does not use default values e.g. different font and possibly style.

Any ideas?

I upgraded from Windows 7 home to Windows 10 a few days ago and when I open outlook mail app it says "Not enough memory or disk space Outlook cannot display the requested font" Is there a fix for this?

My mail app keeps randomly closing, its really getting on my *I*'S

I got the solution for this problem.
We have to make a small change in the mail app.
Open Mail App > click on "Accounts" on left side > Choose your mail account on right side > click on "Change mailbox sync settings" > Change "Download new mail"(the top one) to "Every 15 Min" > click "Done" > Save.
It worked for me.
