Windows 10: Mail printing fault

I saw on the community that problems with Mail printing had suddenly flourished and I got it too. Mail would only print tiny at the top left hand corner of the page. Contacted various agents and 1 said it was caused by the latest upgrade and Microsoft would have to correct it fast at the next upgrade. and 3 others gave me complicated attempts to solve it - but nil. I got a hint through it all to reset my Mail app but that was complicated too and I lost contact.

So I went to my Mail app, clicked on it, went to advanced options long list and found "reset". Did that and voila - it was repaired. Maybe this helps others simply.

How do I print e-mails in windows 10 Mail

• How are you trying to print the email? Is it from the mail app?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix the issue?
• Is your printer attached to the system?

Whenever you open a mail, press CTRL + P simultaneously. You will get the option to print.

I suggest you to run App troubleshooter if the issue is regarding the mail app.

  Type ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search next to start.

  Click on ‘View All’ on left side and select ‘Windows store Apps’.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
