Windows 10: mail program NEVER works properly

I swear, this is my last microsoft device I will every buy. I have a surfacebook laptop and it sucks. The features I do like about it are not strong enough to balance out what doesn't work well.I have multiple email accounts and had them all set up on this laptop. Sometimes out of the blue, they don't synch or there's a "trouble triangle" that something needs to be fixed even though NOTHING about these accounts has changed in years.Out of the blue, one of my business email accounts would not send - it looked like the account somehow got updated and half the email address was removed. it was

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I suggest you to follow the steps below to

• When you say that "mail ending in outlook.com", have you configured new Oultook.com
• How many account are configured in the Mail app?
• Is the email address in the Mail app as same as Microsoft Account with which you have logged in?
• Are you logged in as Microsoft Account or Local Account?
• When you say that "my old mail from this account", have you configured as POP 3 or IMAP account in the Windows Live Mail?

send to mail does not open the mail program although it has been set as standard mail program

Sorry, but it doesn't work. Default program has been correctly set to windows "mail"program.Does the fact, that the mail program has two connected email accounts (Hotmail and gmail) have any significance?
