Windows 10: Mailbox/Calendar app !

I have been using the Mailbox/Calendar app with Windows 10 for a long time. Over the last few weeks it keeps playing up nearly every day. The biggest problem is mail that arrives with some sort of attachment or link is "jumbled up" and unreadable ! I have tried so many things and so many times, reset app, uninstall and put back, removed email account and put back, scannow, re- register apps, health checks etc etc. It lasts a few hours then the problems start again ! Even a reply from the "community" is sometimes unreadable, I have to open my main yahoo account to read it ! Despite all this I

Good morning Mosken, thanks for replying to my problem. I am actually a bit of a maintenance freak (always updating and maintenance checks etc). Although I use Power shell for things like "scannow" I can't seem to get "windows terminal" with Windows 10 ! I will probably have to get in from the Microsoft store ! In the meantime I have "reset" the Mailbox app and everything seems ok ! Also over the months I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Would you suggest I should try and download the "Windows terminal" app ? I have also read that eventually the Mailbox/calendar app will be replaced by the new Outlook app !

I have tried typing "Windows terminal" in the search box but nothing comes up !

Hi BRIAN,

I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Press the Start Menu key and type Settings then press enter,

2. Navigate to Privacy > Calendar.

3. Toggle 'Allow apps to access your calendar' on.

4. Under 'Choose which apps can access your calendar', toggle Mail and Calendar on.
