Windows 10: Maintaining window size when minimizing and maximizing screens in Windows 11

Example. Here is my dual monitors. Two screens, one scree with two windows split. Then, if I minimize my the far left purple window using the minimize tab on the top right of the window and then click it on the bottom of my screen to maximize it again, this is how it pops back up. It literally drives me CRAZY constantly having to resize the windows the hundred plus times a day I minimize and maximize them each day. I use a 8 or 9 programs at once but can really only have 3 windows open at a time. I have checked with our IT dept, they've researched a fix and no one has an answer. HELP!

Minimize/maximize window

The line to minimize and the square to maximize window has disappeared from the top right of the screen. The only option shown is the x to close window. How do I restore the minimize and maximize option?

 

Windows 10 - Minimized on taskbar do not open or maximize

Once the window is minimized obviously it is minimized over taskbar to be accessible again. State of the window could be sized or maximized.

Clicking on it does not maximize or restore to original state. Happens randomly.

 

Some issues with minimizing and maximizing games

Im trying the focus assist option right now, i will get back with the results.

Alright, so turning focus assist off seems to have reduced the time it takes for my games to minimize and maximize, but i still get the annoying messagebox in the top left corner of the screen. I would also like if all my games would minimize and maximize instantly, but its a step in the right direction.

Also, my games are running in exclusive fullscreen mode.
