Windows 10: maintenance Windows 21H1 19043.1055

I have a SSD in my PC with an Asus Board. It was made for me. I have 3 questions; 1-when I type optimize in search should that be on or off? I have read so may different opinions. 2- running %temp% is safe to delete I believe. But what about running temp when it says I have no right to access the folder? Should I just avoid it? 3-I usually run disc cleanup then 'clean up system files' -ok? I have storage sense off -is that ok if I do as I said above or leave it on?

check build number - thet only differ by one digit (iirc one is 19042.xxx and other 19043.xxx). Easy to miss.

Windows 10 21H1 for desktop will be build 19043, confirming once again that it will be another cumulative style release that sits on top of version 2004. It won't be a full blown OS release.
