    Majestic software error message


    I have used majestic software KHS for several years. Now when I attempt to open up my program I always get an error message. "This program encountered an error and must shutdown." I was told by Majestic to download a new 30 day trial and check off reinstall . I did that and still get the same message. What is this error? How do I fix it.?

    I am unable to log in to my Majestic software account "KHS. I keep getting a message that reads,
    "The drive or network connection that the shortcut

    'KHS.Lnk' refers to is unavailable . Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network is available, and then try again."

    How do I get past this message?

    Majestic software error message

    KHS majestic software

    I have had KHS from Majestic software on my HP laptop with windows 10 for sometime and every few months it won't let me open it but says there is some kind of error. I have to reinstall the KHS app and find my backup file but this last time it happened
    windows won't let me reinstall the KHS program and so I rebooted my pc and searched and searched and downloaded and downloaded to no avail. Windows defender smartscreen says it is a dangerous app and even when I click to allow the app it still won't download.
    Please help with some practical advice for a casual pc user.
