Windows 10: Major problems with bluetooth connectivity, can't redownload realtek adapter

I started having choppy bluetooth audio issues yesterday. The video or show would sound fine for the first 5 seconds and then devolve into a choppy mess after that. Sometimes, the bluetooth audio won't even connect. I tried to uninstall the realtek bluetooth adapter and a video said that my system would reinstall it automatically, which it hasn't done. Now I have no clue how to reinstall the realtek bluetooth adapter and I can't even connect any bluetooth devices to my pc.

Realtek Bluetooth Problem

I'm having a problem with my realtek bluetooth 4.0 driver. I have windows 10. It wasn't showing up in device manager unless I clicked on show hidden devices. I followed the steps listed at Redirecting
and tried redownloading the drivers and reinstalling them. I did but windows gave me an error that basically said no appropriate driver to install. I got the driver from lenovo who makes my laptop cause I have a lenovo G50-45 Laptop.

Windows update isn't even picking it up. What do I do?
